Apparently he's not a cheat though, he just took the wrong "nutrients".

At the very least I suppose it will bring the boring quotient down by 1.

In 2010 Frank crashed, Andy rode his own race and came very close to winning it - on the road

Drug was still in his system.

Those are the rules. Doesn't matter how it got in there.

Might have been, but strict liability means you are responsable for whatever substance is in your system......

I hope not. I suspect quite a few eliminations would ensue.

Yes but alcohol not on the WADA list for cycling.....

Another disgraceful decision to only ban him for 1 year and to back date it. The fact is that he was taking something that can be used as a masking agent for performance enhancing drugs. Seems like cycling never wants to face up to the drugs issue.

Seems to be a common theme emerging here

Cycling (or at least certain elements of the professional sport) would appear to have its own dictionary which is at odds with the one they do in Oxford, and indeed pretty much everywhere else in the world:rolleyes:

Suppose it'll give him a good rest and a chance to get his periods sorted out

(assumed thats why he paid 7k to the gynaecologist Dr Fuentes a few years back)

I should have included rolleyes there to convey my disbelief of his story.
