Lost medical card

    My wallet was stolen recently with my medical card in it, who do I contact to get it replaced? I tried looking online but couldnt find much :confused:

    Cheers, I will probably have to just phone the one I got my card through, I'm living in Balbriggan now, but my registered doctor is still the one in Walkinstown beside my grans house and her address is down as my address.

    Raven House in Finglas is the national centre for medical cards, give them a call .
