I have been asked to shoot deer for someone who has extensive gardens ( 5 acres ) surrounded by woodland.

Deer are causing him significant problems and he asked me would I shoot one.

I have a deer hunting license for a Coilte lease, but what is the legal requirement for hunting on private land- do I have to get onto NPWS for a separate license?

Shoot away all is legal. And mind your backstop is good.

    Aim small :):):)
