I am looking for a legal standpoint or otherwise regarding to a neighbour of mine. they have 5 large dogs ( 3 Large Mastiffs and two Large Rothweilers that are constantly barking all night every night of the past months.

It is starting to affect my sleep now and that of my child. He is the sort of person that will not listen to anyone, Its like he is above everyone.

Is it worth while placing an application into a court and gettng him to stop the barking that way, given they he doesnt seems to care how the barking affects the neighbours.

Upon talking to some of the neighbours, they have told me that this particular family have connections, so im told. To me, I dont care. It is extremely annoying.

White noise usually helps people sleep in that situation, i.e, radio static, a fan etc.

Im on the verge of getting my brother Airsoft sniper rifle and taking a day off work so I can spend the whole night perrering those fukz and have them squealing all night long and see if the neighbour will react to that by going outside, then I will hit him with a head shot. Just for the hell of it.

If you do that I hope that someone knows where you live and continuously shoots you in the head.

I always have my radio on, it is set to stay on either for 120 minutes, by then im alseep. Then get woken by them, so recently I leave the radio on all night. It honestly has made bugger all difference.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Try legal discussion or animal and pet issues or something. AH definitely ain't the place.

Nowhere on boards is the place to suggest staying up all night shooting dogs though.

Apart from the COD forums. Man I hated those attack dogs.
