Will bittorrent work over Meteor Broadband?

    I use bittorent fine at home over my UPC connection where I had to open ports, and someone I know has asked me to set it up for them so they can download the occasional download, I am aware of the cap

    With the user not having a router, and nowhere I can open up ports other than any firewall they are using, will bittorrent work okay over Meteor Broadband?

    Is there anything I need to configure specifically for utorrent to work with this connection?
