    Disappointed with that news, he is easily the best darts commentator. It sounds as if he is not happy with how he has been treated by Sky.

    yeah, especially as he's worked for them for soooooo long! He does football(usually lower league) on soccer saturday.

    Hopefully sly sports rethink their new guard of commentators cos they're awful :( makes me regret saying I was sick listening to Sid

    thats a shame, one of the best commentators atm , rob studd prob the best of the current lot , mardle has improved as well. i hope john gets a chance with espn or itv darts commentary
