I have a brown leather saddle that has a metal name plate saying that it is hand made by Jay-Cee Saddles Walsall England. It also has embossed stamps on the leather that says Tack Track 0372843401 (in a circle) with DK1950 in the centre.

Has anyone ever heard of these saddles?
    Are they any good?
What year would it have been made?
What does the stamp and numbers refer to?
What would its approximate value be?

I'm not that familiar with saddles so apologies if these questions sound daft!

Have you any pictures of the plate - has it a logo or just writing?

As for the Tack Track - at a guess 0372843401 is possibly a phone number and DK1950 an ID code for the saddle - maybe an older version of chips4tack?
