There's a rust bubble on the rear arch of my motor, about the size of a 10 cent piece. Anyone have any input for things I can do, even as far as preventing it from getting bigger? Or general rust prevention/removal from under the arches?

Sand it down and kurust or similar it as a temporary and unsightly stopgap. leave it alone until you get if fixed properly. Lots of people cavity wax rear arches and also Schultz or similar them along with removing liners that act as water and mud traps.

as said you can sand it down and treat it but you will have to get the panel painted and sealed up
