Mobile phone network info app with neighbouring cell info?

A feature that my first phone had, a Siemens M35 (from 2001) was that it had a network mode that could show you all the neighbouring network cell IDs that were around you, including their signal strengths.

I was wondering if anyone had come across an app that could do the same? I've tried several out but only one mentioned neighbouring cells... but showed nothing. I wasn't sure if it's down to the phone (Samsung SII and SIII) or if there is a bug in the app.

Strange question, I know... but has anyone found an app that can report this sort of info?

If you go into the service menu then you should get the cell info, as well as neighbouring cells

Thanks - I tried the app but unfortunately I wasn't able to find this info in OpenSignal.

Regarding the service menu - I checked out the options: http://www.androidcentral.com/how-uncover-and-use-hidden-service-menu-galaxy-s3 but unfortunately none there either!
