Just signed up to a website today ,for soccer tips, anyway it asked me to create a user name and password and and so I did, checked my email to find my username and password clearly visible.i never remember any other website sending my password like this, would this password then be available to view by this guy.just asking cause I pretty much use the same username and password for everything

Don't do this, have a selection of passwords.

In fairness rule 101 of storing user credentials is that you store the hash not the password, so I would be worried about other aspects of the sites security

Sound ,found it kind of strange though the password was visible in the email to me ,would it not be visible to him too who sent me the confirmation email??

If it's visible to you, i seems likely that the site stored your pw unencrypted. This is a "bad thing"(TM)

Unfortunately this is not that uncommon. I've seen it a few times over the years.
