    Hey,

Basically I sold something on ebay before Christmas and the buyer paid straight away. I had a lot on and never got around to posting the item. So I e-mailed the buyer and apologised last week and asked if they still wanted the item or if I should just issue a refund. Haven't heard anything back and i'm just wondering should I send it or just send a refund, it's been well over a month at this stage.

Well buyer has 60 days to open a not received claim as they have paid your entitled to ship the item

Eh?? I've no problem shipping the item, you seem to be implying that I have. I was simply wondering should I wait a while or just send it/give a refund.

    I wasn't implying anything.
If the buyer didnt pay u you would open a unpaid item claim.
He paid you so he has the right to open an item not received claim.
Maybe he lost net access or is away on holidays.
U shud send item reg post if its returned not collected then refund.
