    Hi,

Does anyone know anywhere in Dublin that sells window regulator repair kits like this.

Have failed the NCT due to a driver side front electric window not working and want to fix it as soon as possible. Can always get it on ebay but would prefer to do it sooner.

    Thanks,
    Bumpsy.

I think I read something a few weeks ago that they are not the best things in the world. Supposed to be hard enough to fit,,and you'll be lucky to get a few months out of them,,as they are flimsy things.
But then again, this might suit people just to get them out of a sticky situation.
Happened to Me a few weeks ago, just over a week to the NCT,,and the regulator started making noise, and I knew it was going to go. So without waiting for it to snap down at the NCT centre knowing My luck,,I got one from My local motor factors.
Cost Me €65 all in,,and well worth the money.

Installed it this afternoon and passed the NCT :) Hardest part was getting the old motor to fit into the new regulator, all told took me about 90 minutes start to finish, would recommend it as a suitable job for a DIYer!
