Looking for a rehearsal space in or around Carlow or Kilkenny from the end of February/start of March for a 4 piece (guitars, synth, laptop, electronic drums and vocals). Any ideas or suggestions?

years ago in the 90s when Carlow was as full of empty shops as it is now, we used to contact landlords of anywhere around the town that was empty and would offer to pay them a few euro a month to use the place. We used Corcorans for a good 8 months, and once the guy knew we werent in there drinking and acting the bollocks he was happy enough to take a few quid off us each month.

another alternative is upstairs rooms in pubs. Before alcocks opened the loft, we used to rehearse in there. PLus before buzz's (at the time) opened their upstairs bar, we used to rehearse in there too. Actually, before nexus opened in scraggs, we used there as well.
