Just found out I will be going back on a 3 Day week in work although this time I have been given a very official looking letter which requires my signature to say that I accept a 3 day working week.

Does anyone know what the implications are if any, if I sign this letter, with redundancy and that in mind?

Thanks in advance for any feedback...

If you don't sign and go on a 3 day week it's all the same; what you need to do is sign it and add a second paper (dated) stating you wish to be put back on full week as soon as possible. Hand in said paper every quarter to HR (with updated date) to go into your file; that way if you do go to redundancy you'll have the right to claim for full week redundancy based payments (this is more to protect you on a longer term basis then a odd month though).
