Saorview not working for me

Hi, I thought I would create a new thread so more people would see this one and maybe can help me out, the original thread is below

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056864906

Basically I can't view saorview on more than 1 tv, Saorview works fine on the main living room tv but won't work for me on any additional tv in the house, because the main tv is sucking up all the signal power and is not strong enough to power more than 1 tv.

When the main tv is turned on, the 2nd tv in the bedroom will be unwatchable as the signal drops to very poor, if I turn off the main tv, the tv in the bedroom will work fine.

So I need to increase the signal power to the 2nd tv by some means? How do I do this? Do I need a stronger better chimney aeriel or do I need a stronger booster?

I already have an old labgear booster which boosts the main tv, So guys I need to boost the signal to additional tv when the main tv is turned on, Please can you help me out?

    Thanks

As already mentioned in the original thread, the "booster" would appear to be a power supply unit (PSU) for a remotely located "masthead" amplifier. This won't be dedicated to the main tv, it will either be a multiple output item, or will be feeding a splitter.

You stated in the other thread that the signal at the bedroom tv, fails even when the aerial cable is disconnected from the main tv, so how could the main tv be "sucking up all the signal power"?

You'll need to supply a bit more detail on the system. Look for the splitter at least, maybe post a photo.

Yes I would agree with Ronnie, can you trace the co-ax cable from the second TV and determine how the feed is split from the main TV feed.

Is there a small unit/box located on the aerial mast? If so how many cables enter/exit from that unit?
