I guess people will say that they fund terrorist groups in the Middle East, but I think it's been something like 200 years since they actually invaded anyone. And yet, in that time, they seem to be in constant threat and get invaded sometimes.

What happened with the coup in the fifties was a tragedy in so many ways: for Iran, for the region and for the world. Short-sighted foreign policy by the countries involved and now it really is a case of chickens coming home to roost.

Nothing much to be honest. They have funded some terrorist groups like Hezbollah, then again they ain't terriosts to many in their country.Compare that to the mad regimes and groups the Americans have funded over the years. It's mental when you consider that the taliban got funded by the yanks when the Soviets were around for one. Anyway the biggest threat to peace in the middle east is Israel.

The above has a few good quotes of ahmadinejad and his thoughts on israel.

The video explains nothing as to why they dont get along so good with Israel.

To be honest, i actually sympathise with Israel.

They are constantly criticised for enforcing the blockade in the gaza strip but if they remove it, there will be rockets raining down upon their citizens.

I know they took over some land that they never had any right to but at this stage it would be better for everybody if they tried focusing only on reform brought about by politics as conflict and war will bear no fruit.

There would not be sanctions against them if they were not enriching nuclear power and openly threatening Israel saying that they should be wiped off of the map.

Also they seem to be continuing to support that dictator Asad in Syria so i dont see why there should be sympathy for a hostile nation like Iran who seem to seek hostility and conflict more than peace and prosperity.


I wonder how Hitler and Ahmadinejad have got along?

Or the brutal suppression of the Iranian people, or events in Egypt etc.
