if your based in Dublin supergurrier, Id recommend the below, Johnny has done a lot of body work on cars I have owned previously and was a lot more reasonable and better service when I shopped around i.e. he came to me to give a quote and when I got the work done, he would collect and return the car, saves a lot of hassle!

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

This guy is supposed to be excellent.

Personally, i'd totally agree with you about a 1k budget on a wrap. That's about all i'd pay to get it done on any car (give or take a hundred or two).

There's a fair lot of work doing a good wrap, between laminating the wrap itself and then doing a good job of putting it on. I've a mate who wraps high end cars, busses etc, and I've watched him doing a fair few. Rather him than me, tbh. There's a lot of fiddly bits on the average car.. I'd say you get what you pay for in terms of quality. I know he charges well north of 2k to wrap a car.
