Their first album in five years and I can say that it's a stormer. It's a concept album partially inspired by Fritz Lang's 1927 sci-fi film Metropolis. This album proves there's still plenty of life in the old sludge/post-metal beast yet.

This is the highlight of the album for me:

    Listen on Spotify

Yeah been listening to it almost non-stop since getting my hands on it, absolutely class stuff.

It is indeed a pretty great record.

If you'd rather stream directly from a web page rather than Spotify you can stream the whole album here:

They released a video for the song passing through. Seems like an odd choice for a single, but the video itself is eerily entertaining.

They also recorded an acoustic version, the video for which you can find here:

Both are nice and relaxing, and well worth a listen :).

Listened to this for the first time last night. It was pretty immense. I've kinda tuned out of the whole sludge/post metal thing in the last while, but this managed to keep my attention and interest more than anything in the genre since Russian Circles' Empros.

Amazing album, best thing since Salvation IMO.
