Complaint about tennant?

    Hi,

Got a phone call last Thursday from the tennants saying they were moving out.(no notice)
The weekly rent allowance wasn't lodged as normal last Thursday.
Went down to the house yesterday and its not looking too good.
Alot of rubbish left in the garden including childrens swings(damaged) etc.
Some fixtures and fittings were taken along with all the delf.
Walls have been scribbled on and a few holes in the internal palster board.

Didn't take a huge deposit from them as was a little desperate to get someone in at the time.

How do I go about lodging a complaint against these people?
    Is it county council?

I realise I wont see another cent off them or compensation.

It happened me a few months ago and to be honest with the hassle it took to deal with social welfare and local authority I just wrote it off. Ill be taking a larger deposit next time.
