Name not right on Aerlingus booking

    Meh I am idiot... just booked flights to the USA and on my confirmation email I noticed I somehow managed to not put in my whole name, I put in eg Jim O B
    instead of Jim O Brien :mad:

    Has anyone had any experience with this on aerlingus? Should it be handy enough to get them to change it for me? Quick google search and seems like it'll be €100 charge each way to change the name.

    Arghhhhh I'm a MUPPET!

    Ring them ASAP. Most airlines allow a clearly obvious typo to be corrected free of charge.

    I've done it with both Easyjet and Ryanair.

    Unfortunately they are closed at moment, I will be getting on to them first thing in the morning though!

    You'll be grand for that. As said ring in the morning and it be changed for free. If they try and charge you do the simply hang up and try again method.
