Do you have a fixie to sell?
    unrealistic budget

I have one I might eventually sell but it would be at least 400 depending what I leave on it.

your gonna find it difficult to get anything decent below 200euro and even then its usually something thrown together with bits&bobs by a novice looking to make some quick cash

Good luck getting a working bike for €100.

I set out to build a 'cheap' singlespeed for commuting on, €900 later and a few days of waiting for parts to arrive, and assembling them, I had said bike...you wouldn't even get a good frame for €100.

BUT, that doesn't mean it CAN'T be done, so I look forward to being proven wrong.

I'd reckon it's impossible. But would also like to be proven wrong.

There's a very small bike on adverts for €125 but the overwhelming majority are in the €250-€350 bracket. The best bet might be buying a cheap steel frame 10speed and converting it to a fixed gear. If you went single speed you wouldn't even need a new rear wheel.

Its not impossible, but it will be extremely lucky, you might find someone leaving the country in a rush or more likely a stolen one (don't buy these please).

There was a crowd on ebay who sold steel fixies for in or around the 300euro mark, used to see all the hipsters on them, can't remember the name, apparently they are getting better in terms of quality year in, year out. Worth looking if anyone remembers the name.

    Create?

Had a look at a few of them before opting to build my own....trendy balls of sh1te...same goes for them coyote ss bikes.

Better off saving for a charge plug, specialized langster, giant bowery, or building your own using PROPER components! It'll probably work out cheaper in the long run, unless you're only using it for tipping around town or something like that.

To be fair, while I don't like them, if the OP is looking for a cheap fixed gear, they more than fit the bill, A guy in my old office cycled one for years without issue and they are supposedly improving year on year.

Work out at about 299 according to their site. Other than that, Rothar in Phibsboro may help you build one up from scrap, but you need the know how yourself, also work out quite cheap.
