driver side wiper not working

    hi, my sisters clio has a problem, the drivers side wiper wont work,the passenger side wiper is fine, any ideas?

    Check the bolt holding the wiper arm onto the spindle, it's probably been loosened by her trying to use the wipers while they were frozen to the screen. You'll probably have to pull up the little hinged cover at the bottom of the wiper arm to get to it.

    Mostly the wiper linkage clicks into place. Over time that wears and eventually just pops out. If you pop it back, it might work, but usually it will pop out again 5 minutes later.
    You can buy the linkage arm for about E20 in most cases and fit it yourself. I've done it twice so far, on a Polo and an MX5.
