Does anyone have any tips for getting a stubborn stain out of a trisuit?

It's from a GU "chocolate outrage" gel, and been there for months. I'm worried about weakening the fabric with anything too harsh.

I just want to get my whites dazzlingly clean again!

    Anyone??

Marrotfat peas should actually simmer and add some brown sugar to give them better flavour:D;)

Won't boiling it cause it to fall apart though?

Correct- simmer marrowfat peas for 1 hour in lightly sweetened water. Then throw them out and get some proper food.
