    Hi folks,

Was hoping someone here may have legal knowledge of the following,

An employment agency asking whilst being in current employment (temporary contract) with a multinational company to fill out a Data Protection Access Request with a postal order/cheque of €6.35 for the purpose of a criminal record check using the following form.

    http://www.garda.ie/Documents/User/Data%20Protection%20F20%20-%20Nov%2012.pdf

They will want to see a copy of the data held, is this a legal way of an employment agency/company wanting to garda vet employees?
