Can anyone point me in the direction of where to start looking for a dress that would be suitable for both occasions.

I'm 5ft 7 size 14-16 and im looking for something knee length or thereabouts, I want something classic enough but not mumsy. I dont wear dresses usually and as a student im on a budget so 100 euro max. I like phase 8 dresses but their a bit pricy

Any suggestions, dont mind bricks and mortar stores or online

If you like Phase 8 and it suits you & you know your size, why not look on EBay? You would be able to pick up a new Phase8 dress there for a fraction of the price in BT's or other stores.

I just had a peek on eBay.co.uk and there are loads of phase 8 dresses. Register with parcel motel and you can get them sent to their northern Ireland address for sellers who only ship to the UK, and your first two parcel motel stays are free I believe. Or I'm sure eBay.ie have loads of phase 8 dresses too, I haven't looked there.
