Adware:win32/PriceGong (only shows when I open IE)

so I generally use Firefox, but sometimes use IE, when I open IE for the past few days, I get a popup from MS Essentials of the presence of this adware - so I remove it, but it just won't go, even though the PC has been cleaned again, etc etc.......................any suggestions will be gratefully received.

done that - have run a scan, a notepad page comes up..........not sure what to do next??
