What's the measurement of the top tube and what length is the stem? I might be interested if the sizing is right and there is some wiggle room on the price.

The top tube is 53cm from the front of the seatpost to the rear of the Headset. The stem is 120mm but i have also got a 90mm spare. There is almost no wiggle room on the price unfortunately. Sorry

What sort of height rider would this suit?

Would the frame be spaced for modern axils or would I need to have it reset to accept newer gear?

I wouldn't have time this week to head down to cork and I am leaving the country for a while on Thursday, so I'll pass on this for now, maybe check back in the summer and see if it's still on the market.
