    I write to let potential customers know of the appalling treatment they can expect from laptopsdirect.co.uk

    The attitude employed by laptopsdirect.co.uk staff in the returns department has caused us tremendous stress, and has a negative impact on our health. One of us is an almost 70 year old cancer sufferer, and this whole situation is harmful.

    Our saga is described on laptopsdirect.mobi Any advice on how to resolve the situation will be much appreciated.

    Also, please feel free to add your comments, post your stories so we can together stop them from treating their customers so appallingly.

    Edit: OP it is your own bl**dy fault for not checking the specs, nothing wrong with the laptop there for no return simples.
