Heavy duty, Easy-off oven cleaner. Or any oven cleaner for that matter.

Could you really not have thought of that yourself?

Well the question was asked, (go figure),

OP bread soda once applied is a go getter, I am sure there are some sprays out there, if they are bad some form of reduced acid.

Maybe you should've specified that though ...
Didn't mean to be rude anyway, hope the soda solution works.

I use a large plastic bowl and soak them in a strong solution of caustic soda overnight. Works like a charm! However, caustic soda is dangerous stuff to handle -- don't get it on your skin or it will cause bad burns. Also, add the soda to the water, never the other way round, as it can get very hot and splash up if you get it wrong.

Burn them with a blowtorch, seriously, it won't hurt enamel and the baked on crud just turns to ash.

My O/H uses a product that scares the Krap out of me,
You put the trays in a plastic bag, supplied, spray in the liquid, using rubber gloves, and leave the bag outside overnight,
Next day the trays are squeaky clean, the bag is full of gunge,

Not sure of the name, buy it's available widely..........just stand well back.

    Probably Nuclear.

OVEN PRIDE,thats the stuff that comes with bag supplied. It comes in orange coloured box, usually stocked in Tesco, Supervalu etc. Google it to see image of packaging.......Its very good. I have also had great success with putting racks into a very large sink in very very hot water with washing powder added. Leave to soak overnight. Gunge usually rinses off easily.

to clean the glass on a stove door

get a sheet of newspaper and dip it into water to soak a little, and dab it into the ashes.

rub/scrub the inside of your stove door to remove any heavy gunge and use another sheet of damp newspaper to clean off.

works a threat for me, a trick I learnt from my Granny.

Chemicals attack the fire rope/seal on the glass door over time, and this then leads to the door failing and leaking out fumes into the room.

    Bad idea.:(

There are oven tray cleaning bags you can get where u put the tray into the bag add the chemicals and leave overnight
Next day remove tray and give a quick smack of a green pad/sponge and rinse off
