    hi all

we have a Vokera Mynute 23 SE boiler with a Towerchron QE2 timer and but the boiler does not respond to the timer. I have set up the days and times etc for it to come on but the boiler doesnt start up. The time lloks to be working as the red light ofr heating and hot water come on for the specified times. Do i need to change any settings on the boiler? all i have on the front of it is a dial which goes from 1 to 10. Any help appreciated.

    thanks a mil

    Do you mean Vokera 20SE?
Is it a new clock installed or existing & always working but has developed a fault?

i'm not sure about the model there is a sticker on the bottom right "Mynute 24 SE". It was here when I moved in and hasnt worked so I have no background knowledge. I do know its a new boiler but the timer looks a lot older.

If it has not been in operation for a while, the boiler circulating pump is probably stuck. This will not energise the boiler flow switch and it will not carry out any other ignition process until this is proved.

Are there any power lights on the boiler to signify that the boiler has power?

Then it is a timeclock issue & nothing wrong with the boiler.

is there anything I can do with the timeclock? a factory reset perhaps?

You could try. There is a reset button on the unit. Are you sure you have it in TMD as the arrow on those can sometimes look like it is pointing to that but is actually misaligned.

    This may help:
