Rubbish 02 WIFI signal in Kildare last few weeks.

    So we've had the 02 Wifi hotspot since before Christmas and it was always decent but the last few weeks its been rubbish. No 3G connection on it all. Its slow as hell when connecting to internet on the phone and on our laptops and sometimes it just wont connect at all even though theres a signal.

    Online gaming is a no-go even though it was fine before Christmas also.

    O2 have told us theres a recorded issue with one of their Masts in the area and theyre waiting for it to be repaired.

    Is this just their standard fob-off or is anyone else having Wifi/3g issues lately?

    It could well be a fault. It would be unusual for them to aknowledge a non existant fault on their system. The standard fob-off is to blame your computer.:D

    Bring the hotshot somewhere else away from home and see if it works.
