I'm booking a holiday for family of 5 (2a & 3c) in Lanzarote in May for 10 days

My preferences are:
Puerto del Carmen
Hotel with adjoining rooms (2/3 rooms) or
3 bed apartment or villa with hotel use of hotel facilities or on some sort of resort
Kids facilities (maybe kids club)
Kitchenette if not all inc
With swimming pool, bar, restaurant
Near beach, town centre, strip

Budget for 10 days
Hotel:
Around €1,000 with breakfast
Around €1,700 all inclusive (if food nice...)

We're not 100% on Lanzarote but have been there before & liked it. Just want somewhere thats hot in May if someone can highly recommend somewhere else..
