    I recently sold my 03 micra with year nct & 6mths tax at 77kmls and got €2k for it on same day it went up on donedeal got 25/30 calls in 5 hrs! flog it yourself

    Put it on adverts and donedeal and see if anyone is interested.
    Just ignore the "swap for my ads" people, I do.

    How much did you advertise is for to get 2000? I have a December 03 1litre yaris myself that I'll be looking to sell and would be happy enough with 2000 for it. It has 91000 miles though so 2000 might be a bit steep. Never sold a car before so I wouldn't have a clue

    Make sure either the getz or yaris described have as much test as possible (money spent here is a good investment) give them a good clean, take good pictures inside and out, and post here for help if unsure on advert wording (youve already got the right info for the getz)

    Advertise on donedeal (and adverts if you must)

    Price getz at 1750 if newly tested, and youll get €1500 quick sale. Then ask for a cash price for whatever you buy. Garages price trade ins like this to leave the trade in standing them nothing, so every penny over a 1000 is money in the bank, before you take into account discount for your straight purchase.

    91k on a 10 yr old yaris is 9000 a year, low mileage. And a yaris is one of the best sellers. If its a good one, 2k would be cheap and sell in a day. With the right car (tested, not a vitz or fowl colour, good advert, right pictures etc.) you should see at least 2.5k with little trouble privately, and a healthy discount when you make a straight purchase:)

    €2200, you would def get 2k for a yaris, I found the trick was to put the max 10 pics on including a pic of nct,tax,service docs and mls on clock! good luck

    Its small, economical, low tax and more up in the years than other small cars. Ive seen the 00/01 yaris making 2k, so its a lot of car for small money. A hyundai getz is a better car than a k12 (03 on) micra.:)
