Hi guys need a bit advice,

Basically at the moment I have a small Sony strero system, I've had this over 6 years and it's time to change,

Current set up is samsung smart tv, sky hd, ps3, gaming pc, and will be purchasing Apple TV soon and a freeview hd box,

It's in a bedroom (8ft x 8ft) so I was thinking hooking up a av receiver to plug all my sources into and also AirPlay and Internet radio seems to be cool features that I would use,

From reading around the Internet av receivers are useless at 2.0 set ups and waste of money because your paying for 5.1/7.1 that I won't be using and advise on hifi separates instead,

So what do you think is a av receiver ok for me ?, also the system is on most of the evening and night

    This what in looking at,

    Thanks in advance

Would the better AV receivers not have independent circuits for each channel, so whether it is for 2.0 or 5.1 is immaterial?

You should seek advice form the guys from richer sounds. I bought mine through talking to them on boards. They are under Biz..Talk to....richersounds
