I never liked Vincent Browne, but I have to say he handled this guy very well. Of course non of our media showed this!

TV3 did, don't think RTE said much about the competition. Nearly sure the newspapers commented on it.

Well it's a real fcuking eye opener when he (Masuch) can't answer the question:

"Browne: “No you haven’t addressed the question because you referred to the viability of the Irish financial institutions. This financial institution I’m talking about is defunct. It’s over. It’s finished. Now, why are the Irish people required, under threat from the ECB, why are the Irish people required to pay billions to unguaranteed bondholders under threat from the ECB?”

    Masuch: [silence]

Browne: “You didn’t answer the question the last time so maybe you’ll answer it this time.”

On mobile here, but is this the Taxi driver scenario?

If so, isn't this ages ago?

    VB was right though.

in fairness the question has been answered lots of times, maybe not there, but possibly when he asked him 2 years ago or whatever, and I know for a fact Ive seen browne cut to ribbons with another person answering the same types of questions on his own programme over the years.

It was a year ago and it was reported on at the time, we already have a thread on the banks, ECB and all that stuff.
