Car Pedal rubber cover

    Hi

I have my NCT coming up.

Last year I failed and had to do a follow up visual because I was missing the cover off my clutch pedal. Specifically the rubber part that covers the actual pedal.

I was able to borrow a friends for the follow up test and gave it back to him afterwards. However this year I think I might try and buy one if I can. Does anyone know where I can get one? Searching online by and large returns pedal sets which are usually a set of actual pedals and not the covers.

    Thanks

The main dealer put one on the brake pedal of my car recently, cost €2.69.

    Main stealer you mean!!

On a display stand near the check out in a petrol station, you'll get one for €2.50.

As someone said before, from a main dealer.
My OH needed one for her Mini, went to Joe Duffy BMW and was amazed it only cost €2.00!!

But you will be sure the one you buy from a main dealer will fit exactly right.

My car failed last year for same thing. I went into local motor factors and picked one up for €2.

main dealers one are a guaranteed fit and less likely to fall off. let the rubber heat in warm water beforehand, makes it a lot easier to fit.

Really? I must definitely try this. I remember putting the temporary cover on last year and it was a nightmare, never even thought to use warm water first. Thanks
