Hi, i want to make a fullscreen, responsive website I was thinking of worpress so i can add content (Pictures) to it easily. i can and will design all the buttons/vectors, background images.. etc in photoshop/illustrator but i have no idea how to code/make a website out of them.

By fullscreen i mean there will be no vertical scroll bar, it fits exatly to your browser, heres an example of a site http://themeforest.net/item/slash-wp/full_screen_preview/701905?ref=takeaction
and since its responsive id like to use SVG's .

can anybody here work with me to make a site like this, or know any site designer companies based in cork?

the design is simple and there would be 4 or 5 pages, Home, Gallery, Testimonial, contact and maybe a store. I would give all the .PSD's or .AI files to whoever can help.

I am based in Cork, but the concept of a responsive site with no vertical scrolling seems to me to be nigh on impossible id there's any content to speak of.

Text flows to fill the available container, filling the available width and then adding to the height of the container as more text is added. With a responsive theme, text that comfortably fits in a container in a desktop screen (lets say in a container 800px wide) would only have (say) 480px available for the container on the mobile screen, and would therefore be a much taller container on mobile. I can think of some other issues too, but this is the main one. The theme you reference does have scrolling where there's a lot of content.

Also, what exactly will you be using SVG for? There are some browser support issues (IE - what else!?) with it http://caniuse.com/#search=svg.

It's possible, but the compromises/sacrifices would likely be so great as to badly damage user experience. As SBS alludes to, content wants to flow, so the notion of restricting vertical scrolling is almost always a Really Bad Idea(tm).
