I thought RTE were meant to be cutting services and finding savings these days? Why then does that TWO TUBE crap thats on in the evenings have Three presenters now, when it only had one last year? Same with winning streak, it was fine with one presenter for about 22 years now it has two.

Presenter inflation does seem to be a TV issue all round, the One Show on BBC1 hardly requires two regulars but does, apparently chatability is all important these days. I'm waiting for the LLS to gain a co-pilot.....nah! :p

And they have way too many chat shows as well OP. Late late, Saturday Night and that crap Afternoon show, with nothing but "in house" guests on the lot of em. RTE is truly a load of sh1t!

Easy question: the folks at Montrose automatically thought that these shows would work better with more than one presenter - with no regard for costs, practicability or anything.   ;);)

Try to get them to realise that there really isn't a reason why these shows won't work just as well with a single presenter, and more than likely you'll be just pissing into the wind...
