The Screens at Bus stops

Im sure some of ye have seen the electronic displays by the bus stops around the place. Is there any word on when they will be switched on? Ive seen the one by the Regional on one day, diaplaying bus routes and expected time of arrivals but they've been blank since.

Funny that you asked OP, I passed about six of them last night at 7.30 and they were off. When I came back that way at 9, they were all working with the exception of Sarsfield Street.
