Vat reclamation form for 2011

    I have a few invoices for 2011 and the only form i can find is the 2012 one
    (Its for farmers not registered for vat )
    Anyone have a soft copy they could send me

    Hi Mallethead,

    This is one I have on my PC since 2010 - I used it (successfully) in 2011.

    But - someone else will have to confirm if you should use the old or new form. I wouldn't be surprised if revenue expect the latest application form, even if the expense was incurred some time ago...

    Hi mallethead, 2012 is the latest version available from Revenue so use that one, only thing they usually change each year is the date on top (oh and that a few years ago you needed the invoices stamped paid but that's no longer required).

    The invoices had to be stamped paid for grant purposes and for any grants available is still an issue not for vat reclaim reasons. The revenue comissioners can cross check vat reciepts to see if I claimed did KTCK pay his vat.
