Training after a 10k??????

Ok its taken my a year but I have finally finished at 10k jogging with no walking. Time wasn't my main focus as I was more interested in keeping going with the jogging but I came in at 1hr5mins so happy out.

Now I want to keep going and improve my time in the Limerick 10k run in May. My question is what rate of training should I be doing? Had been doing the schedule on the Limerick Run website so what I was going to do was a 5 miler on a Mon, 2 miles on a Wed and a 3 or 4 miler either Fri or Sat with a few walks and 2 pilates classes thrown in during the week. Is this enough / too much / not nearly enough to keep me running and in with a hope of coming in under the hour in May?

    Many thanks
