    Hey everyone.

Has anyone ever been to Taiwan? I'm think of going there to learn mandarin and was just wondering how you got your visa?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm currently living in Taiwan. I came here on a visitor visa got a full time job and just changed to a work permit. Pretty easy. The only thing is apply for a visitor visa before you come or else you'll have to do a visa run. Or you could look about applying to one of the universities to study Mandarin. I know some people that have gotten scholarships out of it. Try National Taiwan University N.T.U Taida
