Grant Waiting time/info ,please

    Hi all,
    Does any one know, how long it takes for a grant to be approved for
    Improvement of Housing aid, for an older person
    and
    Warmer Homes Grant
    ??

    If anyone can let me know, this would be great - Im in the West of Ireland

    Also if anyone has got Housing Grant, can they tell me is central heating included, as it mentions:
    the provision of heating, water and sanitary services
    What exactly is meant by this?

    The house itself, in need of repair,is a bungelow, just has an open fire and radiators, with a hot-press. The rads dont work. House is almost 60yrs old. Bath, no shower in bathroom.
