Anyone else having issues with co-op , have completed first co-op "Ready or not" , have recieved trophy , started second mission "return to sender" , and didnt complete, problem is every time i go back to co-op its starts all over again at "ready or not " ( this has happened 3 + times ) surely you dont have to complete all…

Anyone else having issues with co-op , have completed first co-op "Ready or not" , have recieved trophy , started second mission "return to sender" , and didnt complete, problem is every time i go back to co-op its starts all over again at "ready or not " ( this has happened 3 + times ) surely you dont have to complete all co-op in one sitting ...... anyone else have this issue ... or what have I missed ??
