Network Engineer Callout

    Hi,
We are a small company, and have no in-house sys admin or networking person yet. We have a 100mb dedicated line into our office, which is somehow being throttled back to about 12mb somewhere along it's route from the antennae through to our internet network.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good networking person or company who can call out and investigate/fix this issue?

    Cheers in advance!

Can you get it checked out by the provider first just in case?

Also, are you measuring correctly, 100mbit is about 12MB/s (divide by 8, 8 bits in a byte). This is the speed of Ethernet, unless you have a gigabit network.
