Hi All! Just wondering has anyone moved to Canada on the USIT 1 year work visa? I really want to do this but I would more than likely be going on my own.
Has anyone gone on their own & how did you get on? Where did you find accommodation/join groups to meet people and so on?! Any tips for me? I am fully qualified in business & marketing & have a masters in Food Marketing. I have been searching for jobs but have not come across any so far! Anyone who knows good sites to search please let me know? Thanks in advance!:D

Hey I'm interested in going to Canada for a year also and have just started looking into it. Did you manage to get any information on the process or/and looking for jobs over there?

The Iec visa is closed for this year. There are other options but you will need a job offer. There are countless threads on this board about the Iec, travelling alone, Jobs etc and tbh if you find the information in here you probably wont fair to well travelling by yourself.
