Hi, I have a HDX 1000 media player which is working grand but it will not update. It looks like it can't reach the site for the update but the internet radio is working on it so i know the network connection is ok. The media player won't play mkv files which is a pain as a lot of the files out there now are mkv. The firmware i have is 50-17-100317-15-HDD-403-000. I have looked up HDX1080.com but it doesn't seem to exist any more. does anyone out there know where i can get an update to play the mkv or is the HDX 1000 old news now and everyone has moved on to the next big media player?
