I think it's when people forget to say "Over" once they are finished speaking.

So what's it all about? Do you really wanna know?
Do you wanna give or do you just wanna take it all and go?
'Coz you've got to let it out, if you wanna let it in
Got to let a little bit lovin' in to make it all begin

People sometimes tell me I talk too quickly ... nope. It's you who's listening too slowly. Do try and keep up.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Multiple types of service can be provided with a prioritized pecking
order. An additional property is built-in worm detection and
eradication. Because IP only guarantees best effort delivery, loss
of a carrier can be tolerated. With time, the carriers are self-
regenerating. While broadcasting is not specified, storms can cause
data loss. There is persistent delivery retry, until the carrier
drops. Audit trails are automatically generated, and can often be
found on logs and cable trays.

There are privacy issues with stool pigeons.

The single biggest problem in communication is Gobbledegook like this thread

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

well actually now,ISL/BSL using profoundly deaf people woud do.:P

a rather obvious one but from own experience; single biggest problem in offline communication is not being able to verbaly communicate.
through autism am both severely speech impaired and completely non verbal, both are experienced every day and rhe non verbal side is visible under EEG.
when am non verbal and using typing or text to speech to communicate, other people are so impatient and will look around the screen and finish in the rest in the way they wrongly assume it to be,it is very rude because they dont do this to verbal people; even to people who speak slow.

Other times,am ignored as if have not got views or ability to communicate just because am verbaly on a different level to them, they will ask staff/family and am treated like a child despite knowing more than they ever will on some topics.
when am speech impaired, people always make assumptions of what am trying to say and what am thinking.

some of the most gifted people in the world were classic autistics who were/are or had been non verbal to name a few- stephen wiltshire, temple grandin, tito mukhopadhyay and einstein according to research of him and his living and non living descendants- people are to quick to make negative judgements of people, and assume they are not able to do much based on lack of verbal communication, two people am living with are non verbal and they have had their lives and chances of basic independance ruined due to parents treating them like incapable babies.
its also why deaf people who were born deaf and never able to learn voice/speech were considered 'dumb'.

if communication was much better, then treatment and judgements/opinions of people woud be much better improved.
