Vodafone Termination fees

    I changed service provider on 17th December, yet that billed me on 22nd December, when I queried it I was told it was termination charges. I have not been in a contract with Vodafone since my 18 month contract expired approx 1 year ago. I was told it was in the T & C, but from what I see it only relates to termination fees if you are still in contract. Can anyone advise me on this?

    You keep using your phone, that constitutes you accepting a new contract(probably 30 day rolling in this case).
