Hi, my fiancé and I are looking to have our wedding reception in Kinnity Castle but as we are not from the area we were wondering about a separate venue to have the civil ceremony in beforehand. Does anybody know of a picturesque or quirky type place within a driveable distance of the castle? I know the castle grounds…

Birr castle hav a venue for civil ceremony's now it's a glass type house that you can see the grounds, telescope , castle and lake from

Sorry I meant to mention we had already looked into the pavillion at Birr castle and at 850euros for hire, its is a bit crazy! But thanks for your suggestion!
